Privacy Policy

Main Street Terminal (the "Service") is operated by Precision Decision LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the Service collects, how we use it, when it is shared, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. The Service is a research and decision-support tool; it is not a broker, custodian or adviser, and it never handles your funds or securities.

1. Information We Collect

Account and sign-in. When you create an account or sign in, we store an account identifier; your email address, display name and email-verification status as supplied by your sign-in provider (Apple, Google or email sign-in through our authentication provider, Supabase); the provider and provider account identifier; sign-in timestamps; your account role and status; and the records needed to complete sign-in flows. Apple sign-in may use Apple's private email relay, in which case we receive the relay address.

Terms acceptance. Each time you sign in, and when a membership or lifetime purchase is prepared in the Service (before the store completes it), we record that your account accepted the Terms of Service. The record holds your account identifier, the version of the Terms, the screen or action it came from, the time, your IP address and your browser or app identification string (the "user agent"). We keep it as a legal record, including after account deletion. If the record cannot be written, your sign-in or purchase still proceeds.

Usage and membership. To operate memberships and access we store your membership state and its source, usage dates and counts, request identifiers, the symbols and engines you submit to scans, and whether each request was accepted and why.

Watchlists, alerts and preferences. If you use them, we store watchlist names and order, saved symbols, alerts and their read status, tracked setups, saved research criteria and selected contracts, recent symbols and page jumps, theme and layout preferences. Some preferences are kept only in your browser's local or session storage.

Research, market and event data. When you use scans, charts, events or symbol pages, the Service requests and caches market data for the symbols involved (quotes, option chains, expirations, implied volatility, greeks, flow and analyst feeds) from our licensed market-data vendor, and public records from official sources: SEC EDGAR filings and company facts, ClinicalTrials.gov study records, FDA advisory-committee calendars, Bureau of Labor Statistics and Bureau of Economic Analysis release calendars, Federal Reserve and Federal Reserve Bank of New York calendars and rates, Treasury auction and other U.S. government feeds. Requests to these sources identify the Service by name and, for the SEC, a contact address, as their access rules require. They do not receive your identity.

Support messages. If you contact support or send feedback through the Service, we store the message, its type, an optional symbol, the contact email you give, the page it came from, the time and its status, and we deliver it to our support inbox through a transactional email provider (currently Resend).

Diagnostics. We keep server logs, authentication diagnostics (designed never to log secret values), error reports, and page-render reports that the app posts when a page fails to display properly (page address, browser type, which stylesheets applied). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics in the Service.

Payments. Memberships and lifetime access are sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another store or payment provider. That provider collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive only what we need to grant access — a transaction or receipt identifier, product, dates and status. We never see your card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure your account; operate scans, events, earnings, watchlists, alerts, charts, research and support features; enforce membership access; remember your settings; deliver and answer support requests; detect, prevent and fix errors, misuse and security problems; keep records of terms acceptance, purchases and event-source attribution; and comply with law and protect the rights and safety of users and Precision Decision LLC.

3. When Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with our authentication provider to sign you in and manage your account; with our market-data vendor and the official sources above when a feature needs data for a symbol or event (they receive the request, not your identity); with the store or payment provider that processes your purchase; with our email provider to deliver support mail; with providers that host, store, back up or secure the Service; and when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety and security. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

4. Data Retention

We keep account, membership and usage records while your account exists; support messages until resolved and for a reasonable period after; terms-acceptance and purchase records for as long as needed as a legal record; logs and diagnostics for a limited operational period; cached market and event data for as long as it is useful to the Service. Backups may retain copies for a further period.

5. Your Choices and Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes your account record, sign-in provider links, membership and usage records, watchlists, alerts, tracked setups, saved research and support submissions tied to the account, and, where configured, removes the upstream authentication user and revokes Apple sign-in access. It does not remove public event-source records, provider-controlled records, logs, backups, or records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons (including terms-acceptance and purchase records). Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it with the store first.

6. Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and secret-handling practices. No system is perfectly secure and no method of transmission or storage is risk-free.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the Service with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be noticed in the Service or by email.
